Features include a free hot American breakfast and a hot tub.The property is located across 4 buildings. Supreme location if you travel with kids and prefer a less noisy area of the main street. It was dead quiet during nighttime. It is at the end (or beginning) of Duval street and yet it is well close enough to all the Key West action. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and rooms were very nice. Very easy parking just next to the rooms. Breakfast was good and we liked the setup where you get your coffee and food and then just take it outside to enjoy your breakfast with a nice morning breeze from ocean which is just 100 meters away. I think the whole concept of this establishment gives you a really nice understanding of "Key West" way of living. Really good :)
