The staff were all very kind and helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was great and the cake everyday before dinner was incredible!

Our stay was wonderful and the place is very good for kids, with a comfortable and safe environment. We did have a small issue with noise from the room next to us, but the manager Oguzhan was very understanding and professional. They didn’t have free room but reception Furkan worked and changed our room, which made a big difference. We really appreciated their quick and thoughtful response. Thank you to the manager and the whole team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

The Aquarium is 2 km away and airport can be reached in a 20-minute drive. Free covered parking is available. One of the most beautiful hotels, I enjoyed greatly the special and diverse activities. Everything is all-inclusive, the food is very delicious, and the staff are very friendly. Thank you for the excellent services.

There is also an indoor pool and a games room with a bowling alley and billiards. It was the third consecutive time we chose to stay in Concorde, summer 2023 and 2024 and this time winter 2025. As usual everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and luxury. The staff are the best I have ever met, they are very friendly and helpful. The hotel activities and entertainments even during the winter was perfect. The guest relation staff were so caring and helpful and did a nice room decoration for the Valentine day. The sea is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés around to suit every taste. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned in style, but clean and well-kept. Housekeeping was done daily. The staff are very friendly and attentive, creating a homely atmosphere. This hotel is perfect for those who value the charm of the old town, delicious food, a peaceful stay, and comfort close to the sea.
