This recently renovated homestay features a building dating back to 2010, which is 1.7 km from the Lagarto Beach. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Mr Luis was the perfect host. The grounds were beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable. The pool so refreshing and peaceful - perfect for cooling off each night. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Kitchen access was very convenient for preparing meals, along with a nice dining and living room area for relaxing, or socializing with other guests. Luis was always available to address any issues or answer any questions. We were able to keep our bags safely locked at the House while venturing over to Principe for 5 days, then return for another 3 days’ stay at Casa Luis. Luis made our trip to São Tomé seamless, pleasant and memorable.

The accommodation features room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. clean and new rooms, comfy bed, good wifi and A/C, nice pool, but above all great host and staff - they were extremely helpful and fulfilled literally every wish i had :) i'd recommend to go for their rental cars too - the local car rental agencies i had were not very reliable and i got really old cars (but inexpensive, ok) ;)

The accommodation provides a minimarket, and currency exchange for guests. Pleasantly surprised. I booked last minute and I was not expecting anything fancy but the room was really great! A/C worked, shower with warm water and a fridge to keep bottle of water inside. The staff goes beyond everything if you can manage to communicate with them! The location for me was perfect, central and near a supermarket. The breakfast at the bar downstairs is also great! You can walk around, it is safe ! I would definitely stay there again.

I had a truly wonderful stay – it was pure happiness from start to finish. I met some truly amazing people who made the experience even more special. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning – so beautiful they almost don’t seem real. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, and every meal was a delight. Lucas and Bruno are not only incredible chefs, but also kind and beautiful souls with big hearts. I’m so grateful for the memories and can’t wait to return one day.

I didn't even have to request it. Soon after I sat at a table I was served by an ample sort of food. Local fruits, ham, cheeze, and more. I tried several kinds of brewed tea. For those that love lemon, I suggest to try the Chalela tea :). The location is slightly away from the city center, about 5 minutes from car. This both gave me a calm area for sleep and relaxation, and made it quick to get there whenever I needed, which suited my needs perfectly.

A larger than life host, Bernilda and I had a cosy annex room to relax and write during a stressful month. The location is excellent and great Wi-Fi too. This is the only place to consider to stay in Sao Tome.
