She was helpful and kind. Booking.com did a great job resolving a problem with a tour company. The accommodation was a great value.

Angra is small town and everything is reachable by foot. Also Mounte Brasil hike. Car can be parked for free on the same or close-by street. It is great place to explore whole island and come back in the evening for quality restaurants. The place itself is recently renovated and well kept, clean and comfortable. The host has been wonderfully helpful and I liked the breakfasts included in the price. This enabled me convenient early starts for hikes round the island. All in all great value!

Staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Very personalised feel to the place due to high staff/guest ratio; were able to assist me a lot. Nice breakfast. Large area in front of entrance to park car.
