The property features a year-round outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness centre and garden. On arrival, staff took our luggage and gave us a keycard to access the private parking. Our bags were then taken to our rooms after checking in. The view from our room was amazing, however it does not compare to view from the rooftop bar! Breakfast was amazing and the staff were exceptional. Overall 10/10 stay.

The staff was wonderful, especially Sonia on the front desk. No request seemed to phase her. She organized a tour of north eastern Maderia that was wonderful. The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the old part of Funchel, near the Municipal Gardens.

People working in the hotel are very helpful and nice. We also received a lot of nice gifts: a bottle of wine, sweets and snacks in our room - all included. The breakfast is quite nice and there are plenty of sweet treats in it. We loved every bit of this place and definitely plan to come back

Perched on a cliff facing the Atlantic Ocean, this design hotel is within a renovated traditional farmhouse. Set on Madeira’s South Coast, Ponta do Sol has a stunning infinity pool and hot tub with panoramic views. Perfect location, perfect service, perfect food:) This place was worth every cent (or penny, depends on your currency of choice). I'm so happy I didn't decide to stay in Funchal or any other hotel closer to the airport. This place had a soul.

Abundant and good quality breakfast. Good location for exploring Sao Martinho. Decent parking facilities too.
