The little town was lovely and easy to navigate - all rooms had AC, dinner one night at the steakhouse was very good- we had wedding plans the rest of the time, or we would have gone every night.

We were there in early spring, so it wasn't a beach vacation...but this accommodation in Katwijk aan Zee is a nice quiet base from which to visit several important sites such as Keukenhof Gardens, Kinderdijk, and Amsterdam. And it was nice to be able to walk to the beach even if it wasn't summer.

There were only three of us, but I can imagine a much larger group to have an excellent time in this property. And last but not least - Paulette is a fantastic host.

The room is very nice, new, clean and spacious (we had the one without the balcony, but you can still sit outside). The breakfast was great and the owner is also very nice. It’s also in walking distance of the beach (40 mins), but of course you can also rent a bike in Noordwijk or take your car. You can park that very well and even charge it in front of the B&B.
