The private bathroom was very nice with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The breakfast was a lovely presentation with a nice variety of Iceland breakfast foods. Breakfast was served at a large communal table. Not sure I really go for that but it was nice. Parking was easy and right in front of the lodging.

Also provided for us to do a load of laundry which was very appreciated!

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 9 km from Myvatn Nature Baths. The Apartment was beautiful, comfortable, featured plenty of windows to enjoy the stunning view of the lake in front and the mountain in the back. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, there is even a laundry machine. The location is perfect, right next to Dimmuburgir, Hverir, the cave and of course the lake which benefited us with a beautiful sunset from the kitchen. It wasn't so cheap but worth the money.

Beautiful house right on the pier at Husavik. The main living room window looks out over the harbor with a view of the sea, the mountains and the whale watching ships docked nearby. The house itself is very big and tastefully furnished, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My family took a lazy night off from touring the area and just enjoyed the house while watching TV and doing the laundry. We didn't have the opportunity to cook since there were great local restaurants nearby, but the kitchen had a complete set of utensils and cookware.

Guests can make use of outdoor furniture if they wish to dine or sit outside. This guesthouse was hidden gem of our vacations in Iceland. If by any occasion you pass by Grásteinn Guesthouse, take a breakfast with them and try to stole the recipe for that “out-of-this-world” dark bread, …it worths more than gold. Besides all extremely good, cozy and comfort with the room and sleeping conditions, this stay won the prize of “the best breakfast in Iceland” for this vacations.

If lucky, guests can see the Northern Lights from Skógar Sunset Guesthouse's terrace. Very quiet place. Already one week in Iceland, it is the first accomodation which is not audible. Finally we could have a very good sleep, especially in the morning. Amazing view! Kitchenette with hotplate, cheese slicer and even a peeler. Everything is there to cook a meal for 2. Very glad with the toaster. Enjoyed it very much! Studio very well maintained. Clean, nice, spacious and pleasant. Check in fine. Everything lovely. Terrace also nice in front of the door. In fact, it's even hard to find correct words to describe our stay at this beautiful & unique house. Stay at Kolkuos house was one of the main highlight from our trip in Iceland. It's absolutely unique experience. Everything was more than perfect. The house inside is very beautiful, comfortable, super clean, stunning view from the window. I would love to stay much more longer there, because this house has some magic energetic. The feel is definitely like at the end of the world, very calm, relax & cozy.

Boasting garden views, Skjálfandi provides accommodation with a garden, around 3.4 km from Husavik Golf Club. It is situated 47 km from Godafoss Waterfall and features free shuttle service. The homestay has family rooms. The location is very close to the center of the city. You can walk to the whale watching in 5 -10 mins. You can go to the closest restaurant in 5 - 10 mins. You'll be living at the ground floor, thus you will probably be able to hear the foot step from the upper floor. But that doesn't prevent me from falling asleep. You can always trust the pictures they provided.

Gamli Skólinn Húsavík offers accommodation in Húsavík. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property.

There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer in each unit. Towels are featured. Everything! Location, equipment, cleanness, communication. This is exceptional and we regreted not being able to stay longer.
