Dinners at the restaurants were excellent. Live music in the evening was a nice touch.

The view from our room was one of the best of the places we stayed in Ireland. The full Irish breakfast was lovely, and a reasonable price. Would recommend Valentia Island and Horizon view to people vacationing in Ireland.

Kells Bay guests can enjoy a 200-metre walk through Palm Gardens, to the Blue Flag Kells Beach. Guests can also take boat trips to the Skellig and Valentia Islands. Free parking is available at the Kells Bay House. Lovely gardens, spacious gardens, good restaurant.

The property was immaculate and well-kept. It had a feeling of a home away from home. The host was helpful in suggesting activities to do and was very welcoming. The breakfast was genuine, healthy and enough to keep us full till lunch. The view from the room was awesome. Location is nice and peaceful. Restaurants could be found within walking distance across the bridge.

Waterville Golf Links is 300 meters away and Hogs Head Golf Club is less than 2 km away. Excellent place, great location just a 7-iron from the Waterville Links.
