Very beautiful common garden.Big common table outside and nice barbecue if you would like dinner in the bigger group. There is a parking outside the area that you need to move around. Many nearby beaches in the area and some restaurants in the nearby village. Many beach bars with free sun bed in exchange of order in the bar.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Villy's Comfort Zone Apartments is a recently renovated apartment located in Kalamata, less than 1 km from Kalamata Beach. The air-conditioned accommodation is 700 metres from Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata. Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The apartment is very well maintained. The highest quality in every detail. All at the level of the best hotels. I was very moved by the light breakfast for guests. Great patio the size of the apartment itself with sun loungers, couch, towels. I myself own 2 apartments in Wroclaw, Poland and I know how much effort it takes to maintain it properly, especially if it is not the main source of income. Thank you very much for your stay, it's a pity that it was so short. We will definitely come back again.

Each room has a balcony with views of the mountain. Absolutely beautiful location, the view was priceless and well worth the money. The apartment itself was beautiful inside, bed was comfortable and little kitchen with refrigerator and microwave was well equipped. Staff were great and I’ve already booked another couple nights there in a few weeks. Loved it!!!!!!!

The room was amazing, at a very good location in Kalamata. Everything was squeaky clean and tidy. Kiriakos' parents were also really warm and kind. I absolutely recommend Kiriakos' Apartment.

The rooms are fitted with a patio with mountain views. This is our fourth visit to OliveMare. OliveMare offers three lovely apartments. We started in one of the smaller ones (comfortable and spacious for the three of us) for a couple of nights and then moved to the larger one for 5 nights. The property affords uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea - great sunsets and just lovely to sit out under the shading of a morning listening to the sea. The apartments are comfortably appointed with a fully functional kitchen while being located just minutes from the centre of Kyparissia. With the access road recently paved and the wide footpaths, the area is popular for those catching the sunset or walking along the coastline. The host is really friendly and always helpful.

A recently renovated property, Evripidou 7 - Kalamata Mediterranean Suites is set in Kalamata near Kalamata Beach, Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata and Pantazopoulio Cultural Center. The property features mountain and city views, and is 1.2 km from Public Library -Gallery of Kalamata. The accommodation offers a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. It’s the second time that I stay at this property and both times have been great! The room is very nice and modern and there is also a washing machine available (very nice touch), it is in a perfect location close to both the city center and the seaside, and last but not least the staff are extremely helpful ☺️
