The breakfast was rich and delicious, featuring fresh local products that gave us a real taste of Egyptian culture. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the Giza Pyramids. The area was quiet and safe, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was an experience we’ll never forget. Despite feeling physically unwell in Egypt, I felt truly comfortable at the hotel: attentive staff, hearty breakfasts, and beautiful views of the Sphinx and the Pyramids. Giza is not the cleanest area in Cairo, so Sequoia is literally an oasis of comfort amid the general chaos. Yes, of course, there are many fruit and juice shops nearby, banks, and most importantly - the entrance to the Pyramids, but all of this is in constant motion and full of questions. The staff not only helped us get from the airport to the hotel (and back), but also arranged a trip to the Grand Egyptian Museum, where the driver took us in the morning and picked us up in the evening. Any other requests were also handled quickly and efficiently.
