The pousada is gorgeous. Spotless. Rooms were lovely. Very large bed which was very comfy. Rooms modern. Big smart tv in room. Staff so friendly and helpful. Big breakfast buffet in morning with lots of options. Outside area is really nice and pool is great. Location fantastic - just short walk across river and your in historic centre. Or less than 10 min to nearest beach. We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay and would highly recommend.

Located in João Fernandes district, just a few minutes from the beach, Buzios Mar Hotel in Búzios provides a garden and free WiFi in public areas. The property is around 900 metres from Ossos Beach, 1.3 km from Brava Beach and 1.5 km from Rua das Pedras street. Everything was great in this place, breakfast, room, staff, was incredible! It make our anniversary incredible. The most amazing thing was the view from the room. In front of the João Fernandez beach, one of the best beaches in buzios. Definitely we will come back to this hotel.

Attractively situated in the Buzios City Centre district, this hostel is set in Stones Road. The property is a 4-minute walk from Gran Cine Bardot and a 6-minute walk from Bus Central Station. Location is right in the waterfront and you can see lovely views while eating breakfast or chilling in the outdoors or indoors common areas. Also, it’s in the town center and a short walk from to all the touristic cafes, restaurants and shops, including the port where the boats leave from, so it’s very convenient. Hostel staff are helpful (service provided mostly in Portuguese or Spanish) and they arrange activities during the day and evening, as well as providing the option to book tours with them.

The property is close to Our Lady of Rosary church, Matriz Square and Culture House. The property is non-smoking and is set 1 km from Praia do Cais. Nice little bed and breakfast. Well located (4 minute walk from the bus station) so easy to get to and from the bus station and also very close to the historic downtown (5 minute walk). The workers were very friendly (let me borrow an adapter for charging my phone, always smiling, very pleasant). The highlight was the breakfast which was quite excellent. I did not use the pool. There was a large parking lot which could accomodate at least 10 cars. The rooms are good for 2 people. We squeezed 3 adults which was do-able but probably not for more than 1 or 2 days. 3 or even 4 people would be probably ok with 2 adults.

The view from the infinity pool was fantastic, overlooking the Niterói Contemporary Art Museum by Niemeyer, as well as Sugarloaf Mountain and Corcovado. The restaurant buffet was excellent, offering a wide selection of Brazilian wines.
