The staff were all polite, friendly, and very welcoming with their smiles, and they consistently provided prompt responses, typically within half a day, whenever I left a message. Due to our tour group itinerary, we had a very late check-in, and we sincerely appreciate their accommodation and flexibility regarding our late arrival. We were delighted by the abundance of complimentary amenities, including numerous snacks, drinks, and beers. A fantastic added benefit was the ability to refill sparkling water bottles just down the hall. Breakfast, served starting at 6:30 AM, was a very generous buffet featuring bread, jams, honey, oatmeal bowls, fresh fruit, milk, and plant-based milk options. Finally, the bed was incredibly comfortable—it felt like being enveloped in feathers—and was so good that I wish I knew the brand so I could buy one for home!

It is on the doorstep of what we considered a fantastic part of Mandurah with a variety of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The pool area has views across to the calm Indian ocean. We had the pleasure of meeting both Ron and Margaret who were so kind and attentive. Their knowledge of the local area is second to none and the apartment was so very well equipped with such a large comfortable bed and huge balcony. We would highly recommend a stay here at room 210 seashells it’s just fab!

The apartment was clean and well stocked for a week long stay. The location was excellent for the city and the train station. Linda, the manager, answered questions quickly by email.
