Cleaning of room is perfect, we have opportunity to change towels twice in a day, huge choice of food on breakfast, there were great quality of food and variety on Cristmas dinner. Hotel is very new, clean and staff is very helpful, I had a very warm welcome at the check in. Breakfast is delicious, I have also used the spa and had a massage super relaxing. People who work at this hotel are really amazing

My recent stay at the Lantana chain was a delightful experience, even though we were relocated to the Lantana Riverside. The transition turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the Lantana Riverside was a fantastic hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a serene environment not far from the city center, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at Lantana Riverside was exceptionally accommodating, going the extra mile to organize additional activities for guests, effortlessly booking taxis, and ensuring that our breakfast options were plentiful and satisfying. Moreover, the spa and gym facilities were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. My partner and I had a wonderful long stay at Charm Champion (3 Weeks). We truly liked the location of the property that is in between the old town and the rice fields/the beach which can be easily reached by bike or scooter. Having a proper flat set up with kitchen, table and chairs among other things, definitely can make you feel a bit more like home. The staff goes above and beyond to help you out with anything you need and we cant take them enough for being so supportive throughout the whole time we were there. The free bikes made our life so much easier and we enjoyed so much riding through the city. Definitely memories we will cherish forever. If you are looking for a quieter place to have an enjoyable stay in the city and experience Hoi An beyond just the old town, definitely you should consider Charm Champion.
