Such a wonderful place to stay! Room was clean and spacious. Happy hour at 5pm where they served free white wine and nibbles. I saw dolphins from the decking on all 3 evenings I was there. I'd stay here again, but next time I'd pay the extra to get a room overlooking the water. Convenient location, just ten/15 minute walk across the bridge to downtown.

    Great set up, nice large king bed and ample amenities. Not a lot of silverware or towels but enough for just the two of us. Communication was very good, nice display inside with instructions and information. Using keypad was great, no key to keep track of, very close to one of the pools and a short walk to the other/beach access.

    Property was very clean and had great cooking accommodations for longer stays. Beds were very comfortable and the beach access was fabulous! Location to restaurants and grocery stores was great. Close enough to the tourist attractions but far enough for peace and quiet. 2 bathrooms for bigger parties which is great. Great communication by owners and easy instructions for arrival and departure.

    A fully functional apartment with a kitchen, washing machine, and everything you can expect. A parking place for the guests, another spot for a visitor. Cleanliness. All this makes it an excellent alternative to a hotel. An ideal place for a couple or a small family for a city break or a short vacation, next to the Atlantic ocean, with beach access, and very close to the historic center of the nation's oldest city. The property is not cheap and a deposit is required, but it's possibly worth every dollar spent.
