GermanyNice relaxed (suburban like) place with an amazing skyline view. I've enjoyed breakfast (8-9 a.m.) at the big dining hall table and a short chat with guests or host Mo. For me shared sanitary facilities were OK. A good start for either enjoying Staten Island (e.g. Allice Austen House opposite the street, Snug Harbor, Hist. Richmond Town, South Beach, Fort Wadsworth) or Manhattan / other parts of NY - if you are not in a hurry! Public transport round the corner. Really quiet night.

Nothing was a problem , literally going above and beyond. Leah and Alina in particular.
Immaculately clean. The rooms were stunning. I had a beautiful view, the sea, manhattan skyline and sunset just from one room.
I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt.
