LOVE THE BEACH. Room had very sanding floors all the time, not properly serviced, Not much of a Breakfast. Had to ask for linins and such. But over all really enjoyed ourselves.

We loved the location, just a few steps to the beach and nice beach decor, just as pictured! Plenty of room and nice fenced in backyard for our dogs. Margaret was very accommodating, easy to contact and responded quickly. We left a very important item behind that the cleaning crew found. Margaret contacted us right away to make arrangements for our son to pick it up. We were on our way back to Indiana and didn’t even realize we had left it in a drawer. Our son and his family live in Norfolk and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

Location was very close to the beach. The Bold Mariner, an outstanding brewery/pub, was just across the road. They are a Navy family that served their own local beers and BBQ items, such as ribs and pulled-pork. If you like strong IPAs, try the Liberty Risk!! The in-house Bar-Q (bark, another name for a ship) serves some of the best pulled pork and ribs we've ever tasted. The collard greens and macaroni and cheese are to die for!!
