the staff is very kind, pleasant, respectful and helpful, the food and pastry are exceptionnel, the spa is fantastic (staff is very kind and professional), the room was great, calm and very clean. there is a great energy in the hotel. the sunset was magical and the private beach is fantastic. Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is extremely luxurious and well-maintained. The staff—both Tunisian and German—were incredibly respectful, professional, and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and hospitality were exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and although we were a bit hesitant in the beginning since it had just opened, the place exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious with great decor and comfortable bedding. It was so nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the sea view and the breeze. The staff were super helpful and kind. The food was delicious and one could choose from a big variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is less than 1 minute away from the room, and the water was stunning. We spent our days at the beach, and enjoyed an extraordinary sunset there, simply magic! The pools were also great. Thank you for a great stay, and we will definitely come back for a longer stay !

Actually, I did not like anything about this hotel it happened weird stuff. And the security of this hotel 🏨 When, you are in danger they do not come at a time. And don't do things by the law. They need more observation and know who to allow in the Hotel. To not harass tourists.

    Although it was not very big, the Aqua park was not bad for Tunisian standards. The staff is generally helpful. They also helped us check in 2 hours early as the room was available. In general, there was no feeling of crowding. Our room was close to the beach and aquapark. Overall room size and use were good. Although not perfect, the beach cleaning was not bad.

    Excellent stay at all levels. Food was fresh, lots of variety and delicious. Rooms perfectly cleaned and extremely nice and confortable. Staff service is outstanding and the beach / gardens area is a place from heaven. Highly recommend this new hotel in Djerba.
