The service provided by the staff and most of all Jerome were excellent. We got all what we requested and even the additional free breakfasts. All hotel is super clean, the cleaners are passing regularly and do a good job. The swimming pool is using a salted water system, which is ecological and free of chemical substances. The family room with big bunk beds for the children and living room with small kitchenette and TV was very comfortable. The kitchen and playing room (with board games) on the first floor. The coffee is just one floor down. Nice hotel beach and nearby beaches were excellent and clean. Free kayaks and paddle board provided by hotel. Good jogging routes around the hotel. Massage place and local restaurants nearby the hotel.

I loved the gardens, the quiet atmosphere by the pool and the beach without noisy music. You could only hear the sound of the waves and of the birds. Amazing and rich the breakfast, with plenty of salty and sweet options changing every day. The staff was very kind and helpful. Amazing the position by the beach, in the northern part of the beach but at the same time close to the night market, the food market and the main road wiht shops and massage places. I will surely come.back here!

We liked everything, every detail in the room and staff was very helpful and friendly. We lived in the same hotel but in Bangkok, same service level. Breakfast is very good, view from restaurants are stunning! They call you about buggy to pick you up to spa or restaurant. We definitely will come more!

The staff at the hotel is really helpful and did a excellent job making your stay great. Location of the hotel is great, close to Lamai city and right by the beach. The breakfast was great and had a good variation.
