It's in the middle of nowhere, quiet rural area. The closes beach is OK for birdwatching or fossils hunting (nothing spectacular but there is a lot of limestone at the shore and each contains some fossils). For swimming we were using Ljugarn beach.
And the cat - the Black Cat - will be your everyday companion ;)
