The house is beautiful, super new, beautifully decorated with high quality facilities. Location is top just in front of Buffalo beach and walking minutes to the wharf and restaurants in town. Hosts are top and make everything to ensure a super experience. The breakfast is a combination of high quality and experience on the second floor balcony facing the sea. Car parking inside the private garage, perks on the fridge like cheese, and some snacks. Perfect b&b experience - state of the art of hosting

Welcome to Oceans 88. We are absolute waterfront overlooking our stunning harbour with it’s own jetty. Literally, a hop skip and jump from the pool into the sea.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Oceans 88. The location is great for walking over to the downtown area for shopping and restaurants. Our host was great, providing information about the area and making recommendations of where to eat. The little touches of a variety of coffees, teas, and milk was great (plus hot chocolate and candies). The pool and lake area were very nice and relaxing (towels were provided for use at the pool). The hosts also provided shovels for us to use at Hot Water Beach and advice about visiting it. We did not use it, but they have complimentary washer and dryer facilities available.

Baileys At The Beach is located in Whitianga and offers free WiFi and a free airport shuttle service. There is also a tour desk, barbecue facilities and a garden.

Staff were wonderful. Friendly and welcoming, very helpful when checking in and throughout our stay! The motel is in a perfect location and was spotless and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Waterfront Apartments Whitianga has commanding sea views for all apartments and is located opposite Buffalo Beach.

We stayed on the top floor in an apartment facing the ocean. I think it was number 8. It was perfect. We could cook our own meals in the well equipped full kitchen. It was well laid out to sleep a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable. We slept so well because of the black out blinds and lapping ocean just outside, My 22 year old daughter enjoyed using the trampoline and we both enjoyed the hot tub and having our meals on our balcony overlooking the beautiful view, The hosts were also lovely and very helpful with suggestions as to things to do. it was well located to walk and drive to different sites to visit in the surrounding areas. A nice bonus is it also had Netflix to relax at night with a movie, Because of the lack of noise and light pollution, star gazing was at its best. I would highly recommend this property.
