The staff was very welcoming and kind, from the pickup at the airport and transfer which was arranged perfectly, to the staff at the reception. Abilash, Livin and Islam helped me with arranging everything I needed during my stay, they offered me a bigger room and a late checkout until 5pm since my departure flight was late in the evening. The room was very spacious, clean and everything was working perfectly. The wifi service was excellent as well.

Staff here is beyound fantastic! My bag got switched at tge airport and the staff really went an extra mile to help me get it back. Tge rooftop restaurant is really lovely with great view.
