Clean like my home, plenty of drinking water bottles in the fridge( I got around 30 bottles), comfortable beds, air condition in each room, daily room cleaning service including new beach towels, Free laundry ( washer & 2 driers ) availability, lovely beach around 3 minutes walking distance and above all, kind workers and owner. What an exceptional place! If you like destinations off the beaten path, this hotel is the perfect place to begin. The owners are absolutely lovely and very helpful with suggestions on how to get around Saipan. The home cooked breakfast is beyond delicious and the beachfront location peaceful and gorgeous. The rooms are spotless and well appointed. This is the best hotel experience I have had in years.

Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!
