We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The facilities were of amazing standard. The location is perfect, with many different shops and markets nearby, and just a short walking distance to several beautiful beaches in Ulqin and also very close walk to the charming Old Town. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We were always attended to promptly whenever we needed anything. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. We felt so happy and relaxed here. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ulqin!

The hotel is situated in the olive groves - quiet, pleasant, far away from the hustle and bustle. The food is very good - there is a small but fine menu with a good selection of wines. The staff is extremely friendly, the boss a jovial, good-humoured person. Breakfast with cricket singing and jazz music means simply holiday. The beach (pebbles) is 2.2 km away (Valdemos) We recommend travelling to Velica plaža by car (15 minutes) There is a sandy beach, the sea is more beautiful, there are always enough places (for beach visitors and cars :-)) and the sunbeds are inexpensive (12€ per day for two people with umbrella) The hotel is ideal for beachgoers and adventurous travellers who want to get to know the country and culture A car is always recommended and contrary to all preconceptions: no heavy traffic and driving is easy

The property looked like in the pictures, it was cozy, well equipped with kitchen utensils, plenty of sockets to charge your phone, power bank and smartwatches. We were staying for 1 night so didn’t make use of all amenities but it was great! This place looks nice and good for comfortable longer duration stays. The hosts were really friendly and made sure we are welcome!

It was our first time in Montenegro and staying in this exceptional family hotel was like... a holiday with friends, a holiday with family :-) Starting with the pick-up by the senior chef of the house, the extremely friendly and attentive receptionist and the waiter - I have never met a more attentive person. Loved the property design. With all rooms facing the pool. Pool was lovely. The breakfast room and breakfast were great. Lots of selection and very tasty. I liked the quiet jazz that played at the resort. It was all very soothing. I liked the balcony with the clothes drying rack. Very handy for doing laundry and drying towels
