Wow, wow, wow – absolutely phenomenal! Where do I even begin? The room and the hotel were a true sea of luxury, kindness, and tranquility. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet peaceful home base in this stunning city – and want a completely carefree vacation – this is the place to be. On top of all the comfort and elegance, the hospitality and helpfulness were out of this world. Breakfast was always delicious and could even be delivered to our room for free, anytime we wanted. In the evenings, there was room service with all the mouthwatering dishes from the hotel’s restaurant downstairs – such a treat! The beds were heavenly, and the apartment had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook for yourself. Everything was spotlessly cleaned every single day – they even did the dishes for us, which is truly unheard of! From our room, we had a beautiful view of the busy street, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing, we barely heard a thing. And then, the cherry on top: my partner accidentally left her rings behind in the room, and before our flight had even departed, a staff member personally came to the airport to return them to us for free! That level of hospitality is simply unmatched. Wow, wow, wow – this hotel completely blew us away!

It was the best welcome ever… … a fantastic luxury boutique ambiance and exceptional staff. The crackling fireplace greeted us upon arrival, filling the space with a warm, homey feel. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my birthday, surprising me with an envelope slipped under the door in the morning. It's the small gestures that truly matter, and their attention to detail and commitment to customer service set them apart as the best. This was a perfect conclusion to our trip to Morocco, and the only downside was the brevity of our stay—far too short. I highly recommend this experience, and we will undoubtedly return…

Well located and great staff. Got to speak to the hotel GM who personally welcomed us. Upgraded to a suite and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

The staff is just perfect - that really makes this place outstanding. Anything you ask and they are there. We had a great room on the ground floor, quite big with a big bathroom. Comfortable bed and a great shower. The rooftop makes this place extra special, we loved sitting there! Either with breakfast (which was perfect!), a mint tea or just at night. Would definetely recommend this place and go back here! O and also: we used the taxi service the riad offers to pick us up from the boat: good option, especially if you just arrived to Maroc/Tanger. Thanks to the staff!

A special shoutout to Sahar at reception and Oussama, the manager. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warmth went far beyond what I expected. They truly made us feel like a valued guests, and their personal touch added so much to my stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh, flavorful options that catered to different tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day with also an outstanding view over the beach Between the exceptional service, cheerful staff, and top-notch amenities, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
