very friendly and helpful family as hosts who are more than happy to answer any questions you might have. they offered us tea/coffee whenever they saw us, which were delicious. both my girlfriend and I felt completely safe here. the room and en-suite were both comfortable and hygienic, with a mosquito net over the double bed to protect us at night. good location that is less than 10 minutes from the beach.

Location is perfect. Close to the airport and the host was very helpful. He waited and picked me from Colombo airport around midnight. Room was clean and Breakfast was amazing. Lot of fruits and tea with srilankan Breakfast.

We stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. The location is great. the front door opens directly to the beach, so it felt super relaxing from the start. The host was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, he greeted us happily and gave us a quick introduction about the room. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, basic coffee-making items, free Wi-Fi, and also had AC, a ceiling fan, and hot water available, which made the stay even better. They offer breakfast with both English and local options. He asked us what we preferred and at what time, and the food was really good. They also included a little dessert and banana, which was a nice touch. They also have meal plans for lunch and dinner, which is really convenient if you don’t feel like going out. At one point, the host asked if we’d like to swim in the ocean and mentioned a nearby clean ocean pool that was close by. He even provided towels for it. The place overall was excellent. definitely worth the money. It’s also very close to the airport, which is convenient. If you want to order food from outside, Uber Eats works in the area too. We were very happy about the place and will definitely visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The host was super friendly and the facilities were spotless clean and pretty much brand new. The room is stylishly designed and has a balcony looking at the pool. Great communication from host before stay and during. Effortless check-in. Very comfortable high floor apartment lacking nothing. Solid WiFi and Netflix. Balcony with lovely sea view. Amazing value for money and just a perfect base ideal for a longer stay. Great pool on the roof large and clean. Close to some good restaurants. Had a great stay, easy to recommend.
