The owner is really friendly and he helped us with eyerthing. The room was really nice and very clean. Eddie was the best we loved him. The view from our balcony was amazing, you could watch so many birds its in a Nationalpark with Mangroves. The Mangroves right and the Sea on the left.

Basic place with a view over the water for a cheap one night stay. Food was good and they let us drink a few beers that we bought down the street offering to keep them cold in the kitchen. Overall nice stay with very friendly staff.

A perfect place to stay for our first night in sri lanka The newly built hotel was beautiful with each bedroom overlooking the palm fringed beach and the ocean. We went for a swim in the sea and strolled along the beach which was really clean.We had supper in the restaurant which was really good.

Near beach, 100meter. Friendly personal, boss extremely flexible and helpful regarding our early arrival and late departure. Aircondition/fan/refrigerator working, which we have experienced don’t work properly other places, with higher star ranking than here. Wi-Fi working perfekt, also in whole pool area. Silent by night, good for sleeping.

This was our final destination of this 21-day tour to Sri Lanka - We stayed 4 nights/5days. We were offered a room with the view of the lagoon and it was very closer to the restaurant, bar, and reception and not far away from the pool and other recreational activity places. Accommodation: This villa-type room is spacious and more convenient with lots of cupboards and drawers to keep your luggage. The room service was very good. The laundry facility and the staff are excellent. Some names of the staff who were very good for guests; Dalakshan, Pradeep, This is a resort with ample of recreational activities to enjoy for the guests. Swimming pool, a small golf course (ground), tennis, badminton, kayaking, etc.. The hotel has its own beach club. A private beach area for the hotel guests only.
