Really good place to stay. We extended and stayed for 7 nights. The beds are big and very comfortable - showers are hot and the a/c is good. Rooms are super clean and big. GREATEST VIEW from the rooftop. And the best part is the staff and the owner. Everybody is so nice and kind. We loved to stay there and wish we could have stayed for longer :-)

The staff is absolutely incredible, always available and caring with a smile. The location of the premise is stunning, right on the ocean with direct access to a beautiful beach, while remaining private. Breakfast and food in general is 5 stars. The room is very big and clean. The bed is the most comfortable I've tried in a hotel. We had a massage in the hotel and it is recommended. Internet is was extraordinarily fast and reliable for remote workers. We just left Mosvold and we already want to return!

Phoenix House is the most lovely accommodation I have had the privilege of staying at in Sri Lanka! The place has such style and charm - being both a serene little haven and still only a short walk from many shops and cafes. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the on-site chef makes incredible food cooked with love. There are healing practices on offer as well as beautiful events to partake in, and the rooftop space is wonderful to relax, do yoga or watch sunset. The place is peaceful and close to nature without being too far away from activities - the beach is right across the road. I would definitely recommend Phoenix House as a place to stay if you want a tranquil getaway in a welcoming and uplifting environment 💛

The location was fantastic and super close to loads of great places in Ahangama. You wake up with a view of the ocean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were beyond helpful and made it a great few days.

Beautiful rooms right on the beach with the most stunning sea view! Comfortable, beautifully designed and a good breakfast. The beach is so gorgeous here and you can easily go surfing or jump in the waves. There’s a great little pool too, and comfortable sun loungers. We are so glad we booked this hotel for the first part of our stay in Sri Lanka. Attentive and friendly staff. Good food at the restaurant and only a short Tuk Tuk to other restaurants. The beach is really stunning so it was a wonderful hotel stay at.
