Everything was perfect! The resort is very well maintained and lovely decorated. Loved the little extras like baskets for your beach towels, free stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Pool was very clean. Food was excellent and well presented. Loved the outdoor shower.

A beautiful resort where every effort is made to maintain a pristine beach. We stayed in a Terraced suite which had a great ocean view, although jungle suites face the ocean the view is more obscured. The pool setting was lovely and relaxing, with sunbeds also set out on the beach. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, particularly shrimp tempura, chicken curry and fish amok. Decor in the rooms is high end. Had an oil massage which was great, setting is open by the ocean. Stand out feature of the place is the friendly staff, particularly Barang who is the restaurant manager and Rosa on reception.

A delightful family of Russian heritage manages the hotel, and their service-oriented approach is truly exceptional, setting an example even for five-star hotels. The hotel opened in September last year and offers cozy rooms equipped with efficient air conditioning, cleanliness, and comfortable beds and mattresses. Just across the road (with minimal traffic) lies a pristine white sand beach with a crystal-clear blue sea, accessible through a private entrance. The tranquil beach is free from salespeople and is mainly frequented by the hotel's guests. The island is poised to become a popular tourist destination in the next decade, but for now, aside from the incredible beach, there isn't much else to do, not even a 7/11. Breakfast is tasty, and the coffee is enjoyable. While the Wi-Fi in the rooms could be better, it works well in the common areas, accommodating those working remotely. Make sure to take the GTVC speedboat ferry to San Long Beach (Koh Rong) for a short, five-minute walk to the hotel. The resort serves fantastic cocktails, and although the food prices are slightly higher than the Cambodian average, they are reasonable. The rooms have good sound insulation, and the showers are pleasant, although they could use a bit more pressure. This is the place to be if you're seeking a relaxing beach getaway. I would stay here again if I return to Koh Rong. A heartfelt thank you to the White Sand Resort staff for going above and beyond in every aspect. Спасибо!

This place is paradise, it is secluded from everything but that is what we were after! Such a lovely beach, the resort is amazing and it never felt too busy.

We were in Batamo for 4 days and three nights and we just felt like home there. The stay was above expectations and worth every shekel we paid. Power in glamping style at the highest level. The tents are clean and have everything they promised in the booking. We closed with breakfast and the food was delicious, there was a buffet every morning and a dish you could order. The vegetables were fresh and the coffee there was excellent. And the staff was just amazing, pleasant and welcoming. The manager of the place took care from the moment we arrived until the moment we left and even after. She is pleasant, charming and made our vacation better. In conclusion, we enjoyed every moment and we highly recommend it! ❤️

📍Location is great. Coconut beach is quiet and peaceful. It’s away from the main pier but the hotel arranges for tuktuk to pick you up and it’s a 10 minute ride. 🛌 So for context there was a storm on the first night where the power went out for about 6 hours meaning no functioning fan for one night. Slept fine anyway, slept even better on the second night with the fan. Mosquito net also provided. 🍽️ Hotel serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner. On average costing 4.50 usd for breakfast, 6.50 usd for lunch, 8.00 usd for dinner incl drinks. Card payments accepted. Good range of western and Asian options. Overall a great stay- I ended up extending my stay by 3 more nights and was lucky to take their last available room.

Our experience at this hotel was outstanding, largely thanks to the exceptional work of the restaurant manager, Mao Chantola, who truly deserves every praise. It feels as though he manages the entire hotel – he notices every small detail and gives individual attention to each guest. It’s remarkable how he remembers what every guest enjoys, when they come for breakfast, and what they’re interested in. He spends a lot of time engaging with guests, sharing stories about the local history, and answering any questions, which makes everyone feel truly welcomed. The rest of the staff also deserve recommendation. The team at reception was just as amazing – every time we went on an excursion, they walked us to the pier and handed us off to the tour organizer, giving us an added sense of security. Everyone was always smiling and happy to help whenever we needed. The housekeeping team, who took care of the bungalows, did their work quickly, efficiently, and without a single fault. Also the beach is clean, they keep it in perfect condition, the water is cristal clear, because of this constant work. This is definitely a place worth visiting, and we’re already looking forward to coming back one day. Thank you all for this wonderful experience!
