Breakfast was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful

Spotlessly clear with very nice facilities. Two beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and a terrace with wonderful view facing the pool and sea. Extremely friendly Owner and staff.

We both liked everything about the villa. It was exceptionally well equipped and very clean. The furniture looked new and very comfortable just like the bed. The shower had high pressure and always hot. Ali kept the pool clean and ready for use. The staff were not intrusive so we felt we had complete privacy. I would not hesitate staying again and will recommend to my friends. Thanks for a great stay.

The rooms were renovated and upgraded, the food was amazing, now daily seafood at lunch time was added and sushi in the evenings. That is what we need at the beach. They have received the travel life certificate and use glass bottles in the rooms and don't replace towels if not needed. The staff as usual very welcoming and friendly.

All the dining staffs are very friendly and helpful, the buffet food was good.

Stunning place with the most amazing sea view, lovely staff and pool. We stayed a total of 6 nights in two different rooms one was aircon and one was not. The first room we stayed in was at the main Flamboyant house which was our favourite, the rooms are in the same building as the dining area and bar so had a bit more action but it was never loud as bar closes at 10pm which is perfect if you are early risers like us. Water was strong and hot, and there are some real lovely touches like beach towels, lovely artisan soaps, lotions and conditioners (my sun dry hair thanks you). Breakfast is included and is very well prepared, in fact all the food is so good we ate here almost every day and the view of the palm trees and ocean is amazing it never got old. The second room we had was in the building Johari next door, it’s a more secluded quiet building which has a lovely veranda perfect for reading a book and enjoying the view. It didn’t have aircon so we struggled a bit more being used to cold weather, but there are 3 fans in the room one on each side of the bed so it’s pleasant, and once sun is fully set it cools off a bit. The beach has sun loungers which are set just up from the sand so you can rest in peace from any beach boys trying to sell you things, which can get annoying after awhile. Otherwise you can lay by the pool in a number of extremely comfortable beds arranged around. We honestly felt like we were in paradise! Finally a word of mention for the staff, they made excellent drinks (Try the Kenyan dawa it’s fantastic!) greeted with a smile and made our stay very enjoyable. Special thanks to Angie for helping organising our stay and transport as well as Alex on the serving staff who was such a happy soul and always made us smile.

Amazing place, with European cleanliness. Very helpful staff. Nora you can ask questions at any time, will help, give advice, and her friend is very helpful too. Their advices are very helpful at Diani place. Maybe it's a bit far to walk to the beach, but this issue is perfectly solved by the Tuk Tuk team recommended by Tombo (it's very nice when you don't have to negotiate and prices are immediately available). Delicious breakfast, very cute serving girls, beautifully arranged environment that you didn't even want to leave the hotel area, where you can find much more shade than on the beach :) P.S. I had a room with a large tube bath, it was perfect filled with cool water after sunburns we got on the beach :)

Grate space, with a comfy coach, well-equipped kitchen and hot shower. Fast Wi-Fi and delicious breakfast. Nice common areas, like the pool. So near the beach!

It was really calm, very beautifully organized. The attention by all the staff was very warm and nice. Every morning we had a different breakfast very tasty and we had dinner once there and the food was amazing too. It takes 10’ to go to the beach and you can relax there without any problem.
