    Superb location! Easy to get hiking trails and sight seeing spots. I would also recommend it to families with kids for a summer holiday (beachfront and a short walk from Menaggio).

    Host was super helpful and happily answered any questions we had. Location is great - easy and pleasant walk in to Menaggio and has a private beach to swim and use of kayaks. Loved our stay. Would definitely recommend!!

    Such an amazing hotel - quiet location but only a 20 min walk into Menaggio; small private beach so we swam in the lake every day; incredible balcony view of the lake; very modern and clean. Overall a fantastic stay, thank you!

    Fantastic location, right on the shore, with private beach. The owner, Francesca, is very friendly and extremely helpful and speaks perfect English. Highly recommended.

    Alessandro‎‎ has a great property! It has an almost private beach with a beautiful view of the Lake. In addition, it was in great condition and very clean. Alessandro‎‎ was very nice and did above and beyond to make sure we will have a great stay. he also had some great restaurants recommendations
