The 3-bedroom apartment takes up the ground floor of the villa and has a private garden, fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms and a spacious living room. Next to beach. Very lovely lady at reception. Nice breakfast at terace that has a beach view. Very spacious rooms, lobby. View from the room in fourth floor against San Marco campanile and on the other site to the Lido free beach. Bike rental. Close to interesting small airport.

The friendliest staff, also it was situated right om the waters edge. Also the free activities included was amazing! The manager made our stay that much more special with a room upgrade. Thank you Michele, we loved it!

Excellent hotel. Hospitable host. The room is clean and cozy. Close to the ferry and the beach.

Our room was nice and clean with a gorgeous view. The staff was very helpful and arranged for our late arrival (they have a lovely dog too). The only thing to keep in mind is that sometimes the breakfast room runs out of tables.
