The best location with a view of the sea, the harbour, mount Vesuvius, the bay and more. It is literally 5-10 min walk up the hillside road from the harbor in Marina Grande. The host Bea, was great with communication, so nice and helpful. she even went beyond expectations to accomodate a recently discovered glutenintolerance when I said I couldn’t have gluten or lactose. She made me a breakfast, left on tray outside your room to enjoy on your balcony overlooking the sea. There is a great terrace with sunbeds, chairs and tables and even a shower if you do not want to walk the steps down to the little beachstrip. Everything was just perfect and I am looking forward to returning in spring!

My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.

I had the pleasure of staying there recently and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. One thing that stood out to me was the super friendly staff. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. In addition to the staff, the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. I was able to enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the island and the sea from my room, which added to the already wonderful experience. Finally, the rooms themselves were truly wonderful.
