Awesome Property in Trivandrum City Centre. _The Villa stay was excellent for us. Very clean and spacious. Very Comfortable and Peaceful, felt Homely. One of the best places we have stayed in our 30 years of travel. The owner goes out of the way to help. We lost a shopping bag at a temple n couldnt find it, he came along to help us find. After we checked out n on the way to Kanyakumari the owner called n said he found it in one of the temples we visited. The owner had a courtesy to catch up with us, but we were already out of the way. He said he will help courier it to us. The owner even bought us coffee. Location wise 3 mins walk to the west entrance of the Padmanabaswamy temple. N the owner brought us to 4 other temples next to the guest house. Truly old temples. Brahma vishnu sivan n krishna temples just next to the guest house. A very clean homely enviroment. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you so much sir for your wonderful hospitality. We will definetely come here again on our next trip to Trivandram. N we will definetely recommend this guest house to all our friends n relatives in Malaysia.

I liked everything, especially: - The beautiful setting, with views over the ocean (it really is in front, which is not the case of many properties even in Kovalam) and palm trees; I could hear the waves from my bed, as well as all the birds singing (I made many recordings) - The location, less than 30mn from Trivandrum airport - All the restaurants nearby (I recommend “the Lobster Pot” literally next door) and the other facilities not far (e.g. currency exchange less than 15mn away) - The advance communication with Mr Sachin (so reassuring when travelling) and the professionalism of Mr Dibhyajith on site (who made everything so easy, starting in with check-in – I could pay by card, which is not always the case in India) - My bedroom (201) with a very big bathroom, powerful air conditioning (which I only turned on for 5mn every time the room was getting a bit too hot), very good wifi signal and breathtaking views.

The Hosts were exceptionally nice People, they picked us up from the Airport, arragend our sim-card and tuktuks, had dinner and Breakfast with us and tried everything to make us feel home. The place is direktly at the sea.
