Brilliantly Spick clean and Caretaker is outstanding for anything needed at anytime. Always ready to find solution how much work he might have in hand. I will rate anyone choosing this property to have food only inside - I can assure you, it will be beyond your expectations. We actually planned outside food but later having just one meal we cancelled all outside restaurant plan and stick only to Caretaker suggestions. Excellent for 3 families with 9-10 people which is absolutely comfortable and relaxed.

The place is excellent and the rooms are comfortable.. The ambience is superb.. It is bang opposite to the beach so you can have fun on the beach and have a great time. The beach near the place is not crowded. The caretaker Pratik and his team is superb .. they are non fussy and make good meals.

    Located right besides the beach, you can see view of sea and beach and hear ocean waves sound from the room! Place is well maintained, clean and neat. Staff is very helpful. You can order food from their own restaurant and taste is excellent.
