The hotel is extrimely clean , the staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are large with a huge bed and comfortable pillows, minibar is free and full all the time ! Breakfast is very good and varied . A real 5 star hotel !!! I don t anderstend why it has such a underserved low rating !!!

The location of the hotel was great, easily accessible to the mall, nearby markets, beach & there were plenty of dining options around. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean (just as in the pictures). The staff at the hotel were very polite & welcoming. Special mention to Didik & Citra for the impeccable housekeeping; to Sagika from the SPA who gave me one of the best balinese massage & to Mirna from the restaurant (breakfast). Mirna was such a sweet girl, she ensured that we were comfortable and enjoying our breakfast. She helped in making our stay in Bali an unforgettable one. Her name always comes to our mind when we think about Bali.

The location is excellent. It is next to the beach, just across the road. The restaurants are nearby. The staff are friendly and service was good. The room is very clean, nice and comfortable.
