Everything was amazing. The location, the cleanliness, the comfort, the smell of linden and jasmine from our terrace, but most of all, the lovely people that take care of the property. At the end of our stay, they even gifted us a delicious jar of homemade prune jam. ❤

Nice, cosy place, close to the sea, quiet and relaxing, and frendly hosts. We felt like we were old friends, even we speak different languages. Cute little terrace in front, barbeque, it was really a good vacation we enjoyed a lot.

The place had amazing view but you could also very well hear the waves when you’re on the terrace, it is right on the beach! The street that the apartment is on is a dead end street, only leading to the pedestrian paralia, which was perfect for having our child independently navigate from the apartment to the beach without concern for going through traffic. The terrace was large and comfortable. The hostess was very kind and accommodating. The Wi-Fi was great and I was able to get my work done remotely without any issues. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook so we were able to oven bake one palamidas that I caught at the town port. I definitely recommend staying there, you won’t regret it. We will go back there, for sure!

We stayed 5 days at Balance Accommodation. The premises are brand new. It has a lovely modern and very stylish design. With huge comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and comfortable room. The aircondioning worked great. The sea is literally accros the road. You have a beautiful sea view from your balcony. The upper level has even better sea views. There is private parking on site. There are many beaches close by, both organised and free. The best restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. It's located at the beginning of the town, so you don't have all the traffic and noise from the centre. It's perfect! I can't thank our hosts enough for making our visit to the area peaceful and enjoyable. With suggestions on places to visit and best restaurants to eat at, and of course their great hospitality. We highly recommend Balance Accommodation and are looking forward to visiting again.

This is a nice and comfortable apartment located in the center of the lively town of Stavros, full of Balkan tourist families. It's very suitable for family vacations due to the region's long, beautiful beaches, although for us the area is too crowded and we prefer quieter places.
