A truly unique place, located on a hill, next to an almost private beach. If you are looking for contact with nature and seclusion, you will be delighted. The host is very hospitable, and communication both before arrival and on site was excellent. The house has all the basic amenities – a gas stove, a gas refrigerator, running water in the bathroom, kitchen and outdoor shower, and electricity from a power bank (which lasted us a week). In the evening, you can hear jackals in the nearby hills, which is absolutely amazing.

Pharae Palace is located on the famous Kalamata beachfront and just few minutes away from the shopping districts and the port of Kalamata.

So, the hotel was really great, and we even got a free upgrade. Everything was brand new, very modern, and the room had a beautiful view of the sea. The room itself was really comfortable, with a huge window, and the service was especially attentive. We really liked it because even the TV channels were available in German, and we were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and two bottles of water, plus all the toiletries. There was also a beach bag, and I especially want to mention that the breakfast was wonderful, with lots of delicious Greek specialties and a wide variety of options for every taste. The spa was also fantastic; I treated myself to a massage, and the quality was very professional and excellent. The beach that belonged to the hotel was also lovely, with a great view, and overall, I can only recommend it.

Fabulous location a few km outside lovely small fishing village of Agios Nicholas where there were plenty of restaurants. Walk down a path to a bay for swimming - getting in by a ladder. Great ambience.

Location is perfect, one street away from the beach. It has all the facilities that you need and more, it was a very comfortable experience thanks to Valentina’s hospitality who welcome us with some local products in the apartment.
