Located on the first beach line and far from tourist centre, that is why it’s very spacious on the beach and quiet.
The water is clean and transparent.
Beautiful, modern rooms with sea view. All stuff for living.
Perfect breakfast and good restaurant. Tasty and not pricey.
Private parking.

Fantastic location by the seaside. Best part of the town. Hotel is really fragrant and very tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Fabulous room with balcony. Sparklingly clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space.
Lots of hot water. Good wifi.
The breakfast is outstanding - the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, a real feast. The hosts are lovely - helpful and cheerful. Will definitely stay again.

great location, just 3 minutes by foot from the seaside with the beach, 30 mins by foot to the center of Kobuleti with market and shops. nice, clean, cozy place, windows and balcony facing a beautiful garden, the house is equipped to cook food for oneself.
