The location is great for quiet getaways, great food, nice variety of activities offered by the location (either free or charged). But the thing that made this place our favorite we've ever been to was the staff! The people are kind and friendly, and the longer you stay, the more attached you'll get to them (and they to you!). It's so nice to get up in the morning, go to the dining area, and a staff member call you by name, "Bula Daniel, what can I get for you? By the way you'll love the snorkeling place we're going today!" You really feel taken care of here.

Our stay at Long Beach Resort was exceptional. The staff was incredibly nice and shared with enthusiasm their culture with us. Can’t describe in enough words the hospitality, location, services and ambience this place has to offer. Home away from home is the feeling you get upon meeting any member of the staff. The food is just amazing, if I can describe it in minimum words possible. All in all, this place is irreplaceable. We started in Blue Lagoon resort as well right next to it, and truth be told, it is in no match to the Oarsman’s! Go for it and treat your mind, body and belly with an absolute feast! Lots of love @Oarsman’s staff and people Special mention to Ben for taking efforts, time and patience to teach me how to swim! Would’ve loved to stay here longer and get in more sessions!! At first we where little skeptical to book this lodge without reviews, but it ended up with a beautiful experience! The place is perfect if you like to be in touch with the fijian culture and in the same time have your little privacy, the lodge is located just walking distance to Nassisili village and you can even attend the church service with them! Best location to do Sawa I lau Caves trip and Hiking uphill us breathtaking! Please do not expect an hotel here everything is basic but for the price it’s perfect! Thanks Kara and family

Nabua Lodge is very nice, because the service people are very very friendly. The food is very good and is different every day. It is possible to book a Tour to the blue lagoon, the cave on the neighbour island or to visit the village. We have spend 4 nights and had a great time.

Staying in Malakati was an exceptional experience. Locals are incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Families took turns in preparing delicious fresh meals 3 times a day. There are many opportunities to explore the island and surrounding areas such as caves, snorkeling, diving, fishing, and hiking as well as learn about Fijian culture. I would recommend this picturesque village for real travelers who are ready to experience Fijian everyday life. I am hoping to return soon.
