We chose the hotel based on reviews on Booking.com - we did not regret it. The hotel is very focused on making vacationers feel super comfortable. Attentive staff: we had early and late check-out, no problem, we were offered several options for solving such situations. Clean rooms - cleaning and care every day. The service in the restaurant is beyond praise: fast, attentive, friendly (we want to say thank you to Mahmud from Luxor). Food - you can't try everything, but you really want to. Entertainment for every taste - different activities during the day, including for children (my son cooked pizza), a show every evening. The most pleasant emotions - all Orthodox Christians were invited to a festive dinner on Christmas Eve and presented gifts to the children. We are happy with the vacation and are ready to come back again. Many thanks to the hotel for a wonderful vacation.

We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ahmed and his team for taking such amazing care of us during our stay. They solved every problem quickly and were always helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel was delicious, the accommodation was comfortable, and the air conditioning was sufficient. The accommodation has a perfect location, is very clean and has lots of space. We felt very comfortable! For the others: you should stay in Ahmeds house :)

Ahmed is very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean and has a cosy salon. Confy beds. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice roof terrace. We would recommend this apartment!

So light , bright and modern. It’s lovely to see the palm trees through the shower glass ceiling. The bungalows are right on the beach. Sunrise on one side, sunset on the other. So remarkably peaceful. A private beach with no sales people allowed to bother you and a private pool for lodge users too. If you have kids, there is a larger pool and water slide further along the complex. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and is quiet and civilised and is located on the beach next to the diving centre where I learned to scuba dive. The staff here are always lovely, friendly and professional. It’s worth taking time to visit the spa where professionally trained staff offer a variety of treatments. Sit on your own little terrace, or at the restaurant and bar or on the beach. I keep returning here. I love it.

Everything was top quality, very nice bedrooms, gardens were well kept, heated swimming pool, food was very good, and the people did everything in their power to make you happy. Hakem in Reception was extremely kind and helpful, Nesta did a truly amazing massage, Mohammed at housekeeping was always the first and last happy face of the day… everyone really.
