The place is truly surreal, the premises are very big (beach, pool, garden, 5 restaurants) - it’s like a little city inside a city :) I loved the suite with the private pool access and the all inclusive concept. You don’t need more than that! Staff is absolutely fantastic, super friendly and polite and they offer top service. No request was too big for them - their answer to every request we had was yes which made our holiday much more enjoyable. Special thanks goes to Taha from the Reception Desk who checked us in and out, for his warm welcome and for looking after us until the very last moment, and to Mohamed from the Pool Bar, what a legend he is! He constantly passed by to make sure we were ok and we don’t need anything else!! Both of them are truly outstanding employees and the hotel should be proud of counting with people like both of them and the entire team. Thank you - I will see you soon! Ana

The place is amazing! It has it all, many swimming pools, private beach, many restaurants inside, shows at night (for kids and adults) and activities during the day such as volleyball, belly dance etc. the stuff is very very friendly!
