The hotel is wonderful, it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's "all inclusive" is truly all-inclusive, with late dinner and early breakfast for those who need it. There are also drinks, ice cream, snacks during the day. Entertainment every day until 11 pm. The rooms and common areas are very clean. The food is very good. The service from the staff is excellent. Any request is promptly responded to. The entertainment team is very lively. The shows are very good. In front of the hotel, there is a very beautiful promenade to stroll around, with great stores for shopping (perfumes, papyrus, souvenirs, etc.). The beaches and islands of Hurghada are very beautiful. I surprised myself. I didn't expect to find such a beautiful, calm and safe place. I'm used to going to beach resorts in South America and the Caribbean (eleven in total) and this is certainly one of the best. The hotel's beach is very good. There are plenty of sun loungers to relax in and the water is crystal clear, with small fish that come close to us. There are no waves and it becomes a real "swimming pool", excellent for children and those who don't usually venture into the sea, like me.

Reception Zayed 😀 love the check in process and that reception encouraged us to go for lunch while check in was completed. The rooms - amazing. And quiet. Party atmosphere - so good. Lots of fun and great food. We really don’t want to leave. Even check out is so good and accommodating for us to stay on and keep using hotel!

The hotel is located right by the sea, with excellent access to the airport, aquarium, and shopping mall—it’s in a perfect location. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the gardens are especially well cared for. The reception staff were all kind and gave a thorough explanation of the facilities. I’m grateful to the manager who upgraded us to one of the highest-class rooms. Although it's near the sea, the air isn’t humid, and a pleasant breeze makes for an extremely comfortable stay. In addition to the main restaurant, you can enjoy dinner at around six or seven other restaurants, including those in the neighbouring group hotel. (Reservations are required, and some restaurants have an additional charge.) The water slide is a good size—not too crowded—so we didn’t have to wait long and had a great time. Since the hotel is family-oriented, there were no loud or showy guests, making it a relaxed and unpretentious place to stay. Next time, I’d love to stay for a longer period—especially if the food and drink quality is improved just a little more.
