Sam took the initiative to arrange memorable excursions for us multiple times throughout the trip (coordinating pick-up times and locations, packing breakfasts/snacks before leaving) and upon learning of my passion for cooking, Sam generously offered to provide me with a personal cooking lesson, showcasing a level of hospitality that exceeded all expectations. Throughout our stay, Sam remained effortlessly accessible through WhatsApp, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and seamlessly. His unwavering dedication to client satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile set this resort apart from others.
