Great overall experience - starting with a delicious welcome drink up to a flexible check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was good and you have a lot of variety with the 12 restaurants including 2 buffets, the rooms are beautiful designed and very clean plus you have an awesome sea view. The suite was perfect for us, with a dining area and kitchenette that made meals easy. The kids loved the pool, while we enjoyed the pool views from our terrace. Breakfast was varied enough to satisfy everyone’s preferences. The hotel’s free parking made it simple to explore Punta Cana by car. Its location right near Arena Gorda Beach was a huge plus.
