The staff is amazing✨🫶.. they are very helpful, explained me very well what i could do to discover places like Tayrona national park and Minca, and are always friendly and warm! Also they have a vegan breakfast option and different vegan lunch/dinner options🙏🏻 The place is located AT a nice beach, and with a taxi you are within 15 minutes in Santa Marta, if you want to discover the city or have dinner there.

Location and facilities are excellent. Room was modern, clean and much larger than expected. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. For a foreign visitor, the amount of security is a bit unusual especially given I've never seen any trouble on visits to Colombia. Overall, the facilities exceeded my expectations and the price was less than a basic hotel room in London - unbelievable value for money but perhaps I visited in low season.

Absolutely sublime experience. Check in was smooth, we were greeted with pure professionalism and accommodation. The hotel foyer itself is beautifully aesthetic, with dark wood decor. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order every morning and very tasty, fresh juice and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The staff were friendly, courteous, professional and kind, nothing was ever too much of an ask. The pool and jacuzzi were warm and beautifully lit up at night. The beach was literally outside the back gate and you could hear the waves washing against the shore whilst in the garden. Food and drinks were reasonable and good selection. I had the ceviche and fish and my partner had vegetarian food which was also available. Despite the kitchen closing at 7pm, there was always the availability to order food and drinks for delivery from a menu which the receptionist can provide upon request. Overall, a luxurious couple of days that couldn't have been better. Oh, and to top it all off, when we were leaving for the airport at 0400 for a very early flight, the receptionist had already organised a packed lunch for us free of charge as an "early breakfast"! We had the most wonderful time and will absolutely be back again. We couldn't recommend it more! Please keep up the excellent, bespoke service - it goes such a long way!
