The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

The location is excellent. A bus stand is close by. The staff was excellent, and helped us when we were unable to find a route. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel has a high overall score; Beautiful viewing platform; Free afternoon tea; Infinity pool; There are many places for guests to relax, and they will never feel bored. Restaurant, front desk service staff is very friendly, patient answer. Except for the young, round-faced lady at the front desk (who loves braiding braids); I suspect that she has racial discrimination, which is very inconsistent with the overall harmonious atmosphere of the hotel. One second, she is still smiling, and when she sees Asian guests, she is crying. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised to have this kind of problem. I wonder what happened to her? ! This makes me feel racist!

The place has a kitchen, also near restaurants and groceries. The host is very friendly and have helped us with our luggages. Both Interlaken Ost and West Hauptbahnhof were walking distance.

Perfect location to stay up to 4 people for visiting Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken. Apartment has everything you need for great vacation- all kitchen and bath utensils, nice balcony for breakfast. Swimming pool on territory, 2 minutes walk lake Thune with private beach.
