Very nice view from the balcony. Good location though if you don’t drive beware that the public bus only comes every hour so sometimes that wastes a lot of time when connecting to train.

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. The location (which is side by the lake) is amazing. The check in process was smooth and the room was spotless. We did have a lovely time there. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely two night stay Staff helpful and friendly Provided with free bus pass from hotel Bus stop right outside 5min ride into town. Public transport very good.. Thun is beautiful, the climb upto the castle is well worth the effort.

Breathtaking view, you feel like sleeping on top of the lake. Lovely hostfamily! Nice concept with the beautiful terrace-bar underneath the hotel. Self-checkin and -out work very well. I had the perfect break I was looking for and could easily recharge my batteries, even though it was just for one night at the "Haus am See". I'll come back for sure!
