Breakfast was perfect to start my day, staff were friendly, we’re late check in at 10 and resto was closed but staff helped us to call the pizza store near the hotel for late dinner. Location was perfect, just accross the street are the boat cruise.

The manager and his wife were wonderful! We ended up eating every mean overlooking the beautiful Lake Lucerne. We got to know the waiters and they were so kind. We went for a day into Lucerne, and the manager recommended the best restaurant, Brasserie Bodu which we have since passed on to friends visiting Lucerne. We had a great day, but couldn't wait to get back to Seehotel Gotthard. We would definitely return! Thank you for making our stay special ...

Simply WOW! 💖 Fantastic place and absolutely amazing staff! You guys are magicians at creating an atmosphere of hospitality and comfort! Everything was simply perfect: delicious, clean, friendly, beautiful, but what surprised me most was that the managers really listened to people's comments here! Can you imagine, it turns out there are managers in this world who really improve the service after complaints from guests!? 😁 And absolutely everything I read here about the hotel before checking in, absolutely all the wishes of previous guests, were met and fulfilled. We had a large 3 bedroom apartment. It has all amentities you want when travelling with kids. The pool area was incredible with build in spas overlooking snow capped mountains. Pools are heated. Across the road from Lake Lucerne where we could kayak.
