Super easy to get the keys, just in a key locker you get access to with a code. Easy return/checkout process as well. So close to Scotiabank arena (we saw NHL+NBA). Right across the road from Union station access as well (for those cold Canadian mornings). I stayed in another place in same tower a few days later and it made me realise just how good this place was. Clear communication, easy access great location Just all round a great place

The staff were excellent, very friendly and well informed! The room was spacious and very well put together. The location was fantastic. I rate based on everything Booking promises and this hotel met everything promised and then some.
