The check in process was very smooth and staff were very friendly. The resort itself has so many activities for kids and they have indoor and outdoor pool. Ample of parking although in the booking description it says no parking.

Loved everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had dinner booking and it was freezing rain. They drove us between buildings . The property is clean and well taken care of. The lake view rooms are well worth it. We totally enjoyed our stay and reception even helped us with planning our next visit 😂

The house was large and well equipped Lovely size for our party with everyone having their own room, felt warm and cosy and having a large hot tub inside was a bonus The weather was not very good with snow that was the worst for nearly 30 years however this did not stop us from exploring the surrounding area, Would love to return in the summer months to sit in the garden by the river and use the onsite facilities

Staff was friendly, accommodations were very comfortable , rooms clean. Very one abided by the rules. Quiet Time is 10 pm and everyone was in by then. We enjoyed our stay very much. I liked the fact that there was a pool,as I am disabled and was unable to make it to the beach..more important my grandkids loved it and want to go back.
